About scan results
RxVue gives a photo-based identification. If a result looks wrong, tell us the imprint, shape and colour you can see and what the app returned. Please do not email private documents, payment details, prescriptions, or any health information you would rather not have read by a support reader. For anything urgent about a medicine, a pharmacist or your doctor will help you faster than we can.
